HIGHLY FILLED MASTERBATCH

We manufacture highly filled masterbatches using a variety of fillers. Highly adaptable, they serve a wide range of applications, from building materials to processed plastic products. You choose the binder resin, and we adjust the physical properties to suit your application.

  • Highly adaptable, high-concentration masterbatches (up to 85%)
  • Physical properties tailored with your choice of base resin and filler
  • Lower costs by using recycled materials as the base resin
Your choice of materials, uniformly and highly filled.

Produced on specialized mixers, our uniform, high-concentration masterbatches (up to 85%) offer outstanding adaptability and consistent quality. They have been adopted in Japan and overseas for a wide range of applications, including automotive interior and exterior materials, residential building materials, and packaging. We propose composite materials tailored to each application, with physical properties such as strength and flowability, and functions such as flame retardancy and sound insulation.

STYRENE ELASTOMER

A soft grade made from a simple formulation of SEBS, PP, and plasticizer. Available in hardnesses ranging from Shore A10 to A90 and above, it can be adapted to virtually any application. It offers excellent rubber elasticity and stretchability, along with outstanding cold resistance, resistance to heat aging, and weatherability. Because it is colorless, it can be freely colored and is ideal for bright colors. It also allows for weight reduction compared to vulcanized rubber.

Supports a wide range of hardness adjustments. A lightweight, highly versatile material that is compatible with a wide variety of other materials.

The styrenic elastomer Fulxus® is a functional elastomer developed by Nishida Giken through its proprietary compounding technology refined over many years. At a time when global environmental issues are of growing concern, Fulxus is an environmentally adaptive material that reduces environmental impact by contributing to sustainability. Through its unique technology, Fulxus® will continue to deliver solutions to the challenges of diverse markets while creating ever-greater value for our customers.

What can we achieve for society's needs
through material design technology?

This is the question we have set as our mission. Regardless of technical difficulty or project scale, we have continually taken on the work that no one else can do.

We respond to increasingly diverse customer needs with high-performance materials that combine high quality and low cost, drawing on the proprietary material design technology we have continuously refined.

"No one will take it on because the costs don't work." "It's too difficult for anyone to make." We place value on breaking through situations like these, turning "impossible" into "possible."

With the experience and know-how accumulated over 25 years in the industry, and the technology cultivated through supplying materials to international manufacturers, we will continue to meet global needs.
