HIGHLY FILLED MASTERBATCH

We manufacture highly filled masterbatches using a variety of fillers. Highly adaptable, they serve a wide range of applications, from building materials to processed plastic products. You choose the binder resin, and we adjust the physical properties to suit your application.

  • Highly adaptable, high-concentration masterbatches (up to 85%)
  • Physical properties tailored with your choice of base resin and filler
  • Lower costs by using recycled materials as the base resin
Your choice of materials, uniformly and highly filled.

Produced on specialized mixers, our uniform, high-concentration masterbatches (up to 85%) offer outstanding adaptability and consistent quality. They have been adopted in Japan and overseas for a wide range of applications, including automotive interior and exterior materials, residential building materials, and packaging. We propose composite materials tailored to each application, with physical properties such as strength and flowability, and functions such as flame retardancy and sound insulation.

MBN SERIES

Calcium carbonate masterbatch

A PE-based masterbatch highly filled with calcium carbonate. Added to plastic products, it improves stiffness and dimensional stability while reducing resin consumption. By cutting the use of petroleum-based resins, it contributes to sustainability and lowers product costs.

  • Filler content of up to 90% reduces resin consumption
  • High dispersion from specialized mixers ensures uniform quality
  • Improved stiffness and dimensional stability, with reduced molding shrinkage
  • Lower CO₂ emissions by reducing petroleum-based resins
An alternative material for all kinds of plastics.

STYRENE ELASTOMER

A soft grade made from a simple formulation of SEBS, PP, and plasticizer. Available in hardnesses ranging from Shore A10 to A90 and above, it can be adapted to virtually any application. It offers excellent rubber elasticity and stretchability, along with outstanding cold resistance, resistance to heat aging, and weatherability. Because it is colorless, it can be freely colored and is ideal for bright colors. It also allows for weight reduction compared to vulcanized rubber.

Supports a wide range of hardness adjustments. A lightweight, highly versatile material that is compatible with a wide variety of other materials.

The styrenic elastomer Fulxus® is a functional elastomer developed by Nishida Giken through its proprietary compounding technology refined over many years. At a time when global environmental issues are of growing concern, Fulxus is an environmentally adaptive material that reduces environmental impact by contributing to sustainability. Through its unique technology, Fulxus® will continue to deliver solutions to the challenges of diverse markets while creating ever-greater value for our customers.

OLEFIN ELASTOMER

An olefin-based elastomer in which EPDM is finely dispersed in PP and dynamically vulcanized with an organic peroxide. The EPDM is either partially or fully crosslinked. It offers rubber elasticity comparable to conventional rubber products, while it can be processed using the same methods as thermoplastic resins. It can be blended with our TPO series and other olefin-based resins to produce materials with properties ranging from rubber-like to resin-like.

  • Low density (0.88–0.89 g/cm³) enables lighter-weight products
  • Excellent weather, chemical and heat resistance
  • Good processability in both extrusion and injection molding
  • Designed for visual and tactile appeal, with a premium texture and matte finish
A high-performance material with rich textural expression and outstanding design appeal, plus weather and chemical resistance.

We offer products with excellent design appeal, featuring a premium matte finish and a smooth, silky feel. The material offers rubber elasticity comparable to conventional rubber products, while it can be processed using the same methods as thermoplastic resins. It can be blended with our TPO series and other olefin-based resins to produce materials with properties ranging from rubber-like to resin-like. It is also recyclable.

Thanks to its matte finish and pleasant feel, it is widely used in everyday products that frequently come into contact with the skin.
